RETURNS
Health Stores will accept returns within 30 days of shipment subject to the following terms and conditions; If, within 30 days, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact HEALTHSTORES for a Return Authorization (RA#) number. No return can be accepted without our prior authorization -UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS will be refused by our Shipping/Receiving Department. Customer is responsible for both actual outbound and return shipping/handling charges. Once we receive a package with an RA#, an exchange, store merchandise credit will be issued for the actual cost of product/s minus shipping and handling costs and possible restocking fee.
